When will you ship my order?
Our team works very hard to ensure all orders are shipped within one working day (24h).

Can I track my shipment?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is handed over to our courier (DPD), you will receive confirmation via email, including the tracking details.

When can I start using my Zens charger?
Depending on how far your order has to travel, it may take up to 5 working days for your shipment to arrive.

What are the shipping costs?
We ship worldwide without any costs!

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship globally. Unfortunately, there are a few destinations we cannot (yet) ship to. These include Australia, Belarus, Brazil, Chile, China, India, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Martinique, New Zealand, Nigeria, North Korea, Puerto Rico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey and Ukraine. However, thanks to our extensive network of major resellers, chances are very high that one of your local retailers also offers our wireless chargers.

How can I return my goods?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received your order. Return shipping costs are for customer’s expenses.
